"TJ" Mayo, Jr.; his mother Nancy; his brothers, Stephen Mayo (Julie) and Bradley Mayo (Shelly); and his siblings' children, Derek L. Mayo, Jason A. Mayo, Miles B. Mayo, Ella J. Mayo and Parker J. Mayo.
