He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Kinsella and Arnold Kinsella; and his brother-in-law Art Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kinsella; his daughter Kim Evans (Blake); his stepsons, Brett Kessler (Laura) and Brian Kessler (Kathleen); his sister Margaret Johnson; his grandchildren, Millie, Ellory, Jett Evans, Madi and Morgan Kessler; and his nieces, Yvonne, Tina and Dee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Hospital for Children.
