With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Audrey M. Schaefer of Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on February 10, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Arthur; her husband Julius Schaefer; her son Ronald Schaefer; and her siblings, Verona Roth (Harold), Darleen Ray (James), Patricia Steinberg (William), Joyce Roedershimer, Betty Downing (Albert), Arthur Fickinger (Anna Mae), Charles Fickinger (Jean), Jessie Ruff (Betsy) and Edward Ruff (Gladys).
She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann Weiss (Dale) and James Schaefer (Kathy); her daughter-in-law Marge Schaefer; her grandchildren, Stephanie Niemeier (Seth), Stacey Lester (Tim), Christopher Schaefer, Scott Schaefer (Lauren) and Angela Younger (TJ); and her great grandchildren, Kyle, Tyler, Aaron Niemeier, Jordan Lester, Kellen, Conner, Audrey Schaefer, Sloane, Sonny Schaefer and Blaise Younger.
