She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Bertha Galbreath and Edwin Leo Cook; and her brother James Michael Cook. She is survived by: her son Chad Robert Purdy; and her close friends, Jim Blaylock, Russ Shelton, Belleville West Gals and Bailey.
