He is survived by: his mother Helen Cline Biggs; his wife Vickie Biggs; his son Alexander; and his siblings, Janet Squires, Debra Grubb (Mark), Carla Honselman (Steve), Roger Biggs (Brenda) and Shelby Biggs (Donna). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
