It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Clinard of Belleville, Illinois, born in Lawrence, Michigan, who passed away on April 15, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife June Margaret; his parent Cecil (Edness Katherine); his siblings, Barton Clinard (Jean), Rhoda McCloud (John) and Mary Ann Yott (Jesse); and his grandson Scott Richards.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Richards (Dale), Ruth Clinard, David Clinard (Jenny) and Karen Clinard; his grandchildren, Brian Richards (Amanda), Rebecca Richards (Robert Smith), Robert Clinard (Ashley) and Corissa Woollet (Tony); and his sister Phyllis Bartman (Walter). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
