It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl L Day of Belleville, Illinois, born in Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on May 18, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Vickery and Nora Vickery (Emery); her siblings, Frank Vickery and Julia Crane; and her sons, Jeffery Day and Cory Lane Day.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Robey (Erick Martinez) of St. Charles and Jamie Day (CJ Stehlik) of Pensacola, Florida; her siblings, Susan McGlothin of Roxana and Dennis Vickery of Belleville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jenna Robey of Everett, D. J. Robey of St. Louis, Dylan Martinez of St. Charles and Joshua McDonald (Caitlyn Kightlinger) of Belleville, Illinois; her great grandchild Laila McDonald of Belleville, Illinois; and her pet Ace.
