He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine J.; his parent Dallas S.; and his brothers, James and Jerry Smith. He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Smith (Sherry), Sue Boeckman, Victoria Davis (Eric) and Stephanie L. Smith (John); his grandchildren, Alexander Smith (Maggie), Haley, Samantha, Elijah Smith, Cassie Pinney (Kevin), Brandon Boeckman, Derik Carroll, Dakota and Erika Davis; and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Caroline, Tucker, Hazel, Silas, Harper and Henry.
