He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lester Mulligan and Catherine Darlene; his stepfather Howard Schaeffer; and his brother Ricky Mulligan. He is survived by: his daughter Emma Wessel (Chris); his grandchildren, Quinn and Everett; his son Nathan Norsigian (Katie); his grandchildren, Dax, Levi and Tenley; his niece Courtney Mulligan; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey, Paige and Abigail; his nephew Ty Mulligan; his great-nephew Owen; and his close friend Patti Miller. He is also survived by family members and friends.
