He was predeceased by: his father Alexander (Leona); his brother Mark Chouinard; and his nephew Will Gantner. He is survived by: his wife Margaret M.; his siblings, Michael Chouinard (Sharon) of Sikeston, MO, Catherine Inman (Harvey) of Belleville, IL, Mary Ann Montogomery (Tom) of Belleville, IL and Patricia Ann Luehder (Richard) of Shiloh, IL; and his brother-in-law William Gantner (Elaine) of Belleville, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Boys Town Nebraska or to the charity of the donor's choice.
