He is survived by: his wife Jeandra L. Conzelman; his children, Tiffany Marcinkowski (Mike) and Shane Conzelman (Elizabeth); his granddaughter Emma Conzelman; his sister Rachel Williams; and his cousin Susan Sarfaty. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
