He was predeceased by: his father Fred; his wife Michelle Booker; his mother Lola; and his siblings, Wayne Donnell (Insulation), Gary Donnell (Sharon) and Bonnie Wilson (Floyd).
He is survived by: his family Dave; his children, Stephanie McGuire (Brian), Rachel Kister (Ronnie), Patrick MacMiller (Rebecka) and Ashley Emig; his grandchildren, Maggie, Owen and Parker; his mother-in-law Martha (Booker); and his brother-in-law Michael Booker (Jamey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pompe Warrior Foundation Corporation.
