He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lewis; his children, Morgan Lewis and Sean Lewis (Meagan); his grandsons, Jack and Mitchell White; his siblings, Teresa Stangle (Melvin) and Brian Palmer (Sheryl); his siblings' children, Talitha Rushing (Danny), Tara Keiner (Sara Poe), Tonya Palmer (Cory), McKenzie Klee (Jesse), Angus Palmer (Brittany), Logan Palmer (Ashley), Elizabeth Palmer and Ora Palmer; his brother-in-law John Klee (Kitty); and also Molly.
