She is survived by: her children, Charles Stokes II (Cassandra) of Nashville, TN, Michael Fulton (Diana) of Belleville, IL, David Fulton (Rita) of Millstadt, IL, Deborah Stokes and Donna Shell (Randy) of Barnhart, MO; her grandchildren, Nicole Eichenseer, MSgt Brian Stokes, Stacy Barger, Kristie Redman, Nicholas, Stephen Fulton, Sarah O'Sullivan, Matthew, Amy Shell, Chad Parkhurst, Morgan Hentzler and Emily Fulton; her great grandchildren, Garrett Redman, Brooke Wise, Alyssa Eichenseer, Evelyn, Autumn Parkhurst, Madelyn, Abigail O'Sullivan and Harper Hentzler; and her siblings, Betty Jo Arendell and Charles Northcutt. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
