She was predeceased by: her father Norman Stephan; and her grandparents, Wivalle, Mary Lipe, Phillip and Wanda Stephan.

She is survived by: her mother Jean Stephan; her daughter Brooke Stephan of Belleville, IL; her siblings, Mackie Stephan of DuQuoin, IL, Sherry Pohlman (Chris) of Jacksonville and Norma Davis (Eddie) of Jacksonville; and her grandsons, Travis and Julian Smith of Belleville.
