He is survived by: his wife Christina Cook; his children, Cynthia Lilly (Cary), Michael Nochta (Tangy), Dennis Cook, Jr. (Penny), Jeffrey Cook (Erin), Timothy Cook, Tabbitha Cook, Noah Cook and Nathanial Cook; his grandchildren, Christopher Cheatham, Zachary Cheatham, Ariel Staley, Hailey Nochta, Cheyenne Barteau, Kassie Wyman, Hannah Cook, Shellbe Cook of Jeffrey, Dennis Cook III, Brayden Nochta and Jesse Cook; and his sister Mary Sue Brown (Bob). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
