He was predeceased by: his wife Delores; his sister Virginia Forness; and his sister-in-law Audrey Forness. He is survived by: his children, Michael Forness (Jan), Daniel Forness (Karen) and Donna Marie Forness; and his brother Nicholas J. Forness. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
