She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Ratcliff and Betty Mae Ratcliff; her siblings, Dorothy Ratcliff, Jessie Ratcliff Jr. and Rick Cunningham; and her niece Nicola Ratcliff.
She is survived by: her children, Kristie Waller (Freddie Jr.) of Belleville, IL, Kentez Ratcliff (Wendy) of Belleville, IL and Kranston Ratcliff of Belleville, IL; her niece Tracy Ratcliff; her nephew Earl Ratcliff; and her grandchildren, Lil Freddie (Lukie), Kienen, Kaleel, Kentez Jr., Teijah, Kenteya, Ma'Kayla, Kranston Jr. (Jay), Ke'Montra (Dooda) and Ke'Shawn (Red). She is also survived by cousins, aunts, and very special friends.
