She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jones and Mary Jones (Spear); and her son Thomas L. Layman. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Lynn Ciszek; her son-in-law Frank Ciszek of Troy, Illinois; and her sister Joyce Rowland of Granite City, Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, or St. John Lutheran Church of Granite City.
