She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edwin Rose and Agnes Rose (Bothe); her spouse Mayor Richard Brauer; her siblings, Donald (Betty), Thomas (late Ruth), John (late Thelma) and Jeanne Koechling; her pets, Miss Kitty and Mimi; her sisters, Theresa Boyet St (late Gene) and Marcella Rose; and her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Ackerman Belleville (late Donald), Betty Brauer Smithton (late Bill), Audrey (late Charles), N. J. and Carol (late Donald). She was also cherished by her family and her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital, St. Louis, MO, or to St. Patrick Catholic Church Endowment Fund, Jonesburg, MO.
