It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Kraus of Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on October 19, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy Kraus to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her grandson Nicholas Henry Kraus; her parents, Rosel and Catherine; and her siblings, Eileen Little and Larry Ramsey.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Luebbers (Paul), Rod Kraus (Jill) and Guy Kraus (Sheri); her grandchildren, Joseph Kraus, Augie Luebbers, Allison Kraus (Josh Piper) and Olivia Kraus; her brothers, John and Ray Ramsey; and her friend Ray Kilman. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Teresa's SVDP (St. Vincent De Paul Society who supports the local poor and needy, not based on religious affiliation) or the Marissa Giving Garden (Food Pantry).
