It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Lee Wedeking Sr. of Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Wedeking and Ethel Wedeking. He is survived by: his wife Danielle Wedeking; his sons, Douglas Wedeking Jr. (Jenny) and Scott Wedeking (Shannon); and his pet Tyler. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Herr Funeral Home & Cremation Services (501 W Main St, Collinsville, IL 62234).
