He is survived by: his girlfriend Tammy Achter; his daughters, Hanna Baker and Breanna Baker; his siblings, Rusty Baker and Sonya Carter; his granddaughter Elena Tompkins; his siblings' children, Amber Carter, Ronald Carter III, Clint Carter and Dale Carter; and his stepdaughters, Amy Achter and Tasha Woodworth.
