He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde and Emma; and his brother Lavern Howard Biggs. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Biggs-Tatum (David), Richard D. Biggs (Teresa) of St and Ron Woods (Michaela) of Belleville, IL; his sister Betty Hagler (Fred) of Salem, MO; and his sister-in-law Dottie Baldwin (Joe) of Sikeston, MO. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren 2 great-grandchildren.
