He was predeceased by: his father Richard (Verona). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Andrew Ness (Carolyn), Richard Ness (Melissa) and Matthew Ness (Careen Jewel); his grandchildren, David, Erik, Ethan, Leighton and Oscar; and his sister Melanie Walsh (Michael).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church or the Wounded Warrior Project.
