He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane; his daughter Suzanne Cooper; and his parents, William (Laura) and Sartain. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Gundlach (Brian) and Earl Eugene Sartain II; his granddaughter Abigail Cline (Scott); and his great grandchild Avery Jane Cline. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
