He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hull; his children, Lisa Niederkorn (Kelly) and David Cripps; his grandchildren, Ryan Niederkorn, Kayla Cripps and David Cripps; his great grandchildren, Lyric Niederkorn, Colten Cripps, Isaac Cripps, Zuri Cripps and Selena Cripps; and his sisters, Margaret Cripps and Linda Lacy.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Crain Pleasant Grove-Murdale Funeral Home - Old (31 Memorial Dr, Murphysboro, IL 62966). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Pleasant Grove Memorial Park (31 Memorial Dr, Murphysboro, IL 62966).
