She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph V. Svec, Sr.; her son Anthony Svec; her grandson Adam Svec; her sisters, Rita Pierce and Martha Vogel; and her brothers-in-law, Harold Weik, William Pierce and Edward Mueth.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her sons, Joseph Jr. Svec (Mary) and Victor Svec (Diana); her grandchildren, Ashley McCune (Nick), Brittany Pierson (Daryl), Stephanie Mueller (Theo), Brandon Svec (Brooke), Angela Graves (Joseph), Ryan Svec and Aidden Garner; her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Carter, Kylie McCune, Andrew, Everly Mueller, Ayla Graves, Isaac, Isabella, Elijah Pierson, Liam, Lucas, Logan, Levi and Ellianna Svec; her siblings, Shirley Weik, Eleanor Ahlers (Kenneth), Catherine Harris (Donald), Evelyn Mueth, Clarence Kalert (Patricia) and Charles Kalert (Debra); Mary Bunse. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Mass donations are strongly encouraged, or memorials may be made to St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church, Belleville.
