He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Jones and Margaret Jones (Durkin). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Schroen); his children, Thomas Jones of Belleville, IL, Linda Grass (Robert) of Coulterville, MO, Robert Jones (Michelle) of Smithton, IL, Sandra Nunez (Anthony) of Trenton, IL and Susan Schaefer (James) of Waterloo, IL; his grandchildren, Samantha Stephan (Phil), Kayla Grass, Monique Stratton (David), Jordyn Meinhardt (Nathan), Jacob Schaefer, Hannah Benkendorf (Chandler), Alonzo Nunez (Madeline Frohn), Mary Schaefer, Lauryn Nunez and Josephine Schaefer; and his great grandchildren, Landon Stephan, Milo Meinhardt and Callan Benkendorf.
