He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene J. Sr. (Dorothy) and Neff; his grandparents, Ben, Margaret Neff, John and Barbara Klinkhardt; and his brothers-in-law, Regis Voss and Joseph Hideg.
He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Voss of Germantown, IL, Mary Lou Conner (Ron) of Littleton, CO and Rose Marie Hideg of Columbia, IL; his nephews, Dan Voss, Steve Voss (Sheila Sullivan) and Mike Voss; his niece Cathy Rasco (Chuck); his great-nephew Will Voss; his great-niece Kate Voss; his godchildren, Kevin Kapelski (Jennifer) and Hope Kapelski; and his close friends, Connie Barre, John, Jeanette Dempsey, Walter Pietras, Jon, Wendy Brough, Jeff, Zach Bair, Jean, Rob Deitz, Dana Woods, Norma, Steve Lester, Patty, Marvin Eversgerd, Joy, David Paeth, Rachel, Dean Lugge, Paula Harry-Shinn, Gary Berhrman, Eddie and Shelly Essenpreis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Diocesan Ministry to Sick and Aged, Age Smart Community Resource, Catholic War Veterans Post 370, or Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital.
