With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floyd Bowen of Belleville, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on October 25, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Rita Bowen; his parents, Delbert and Ursla; and his sister Barbara Horrell. He is survived by: his wife Betty Fleshren; his children, Beth Ann Bogacki of New Douglas, IL, Lynn Erlinger (Stan) of Belleville, IL, Laura Twenhoefel (Bill) of Freeburg, IL and John Bowen (Mari-Rose) of Normal, IL; his grandchildren, Sarah Hampton, Benjamin Bogacki (Cyndi), Zachary Bogacki, Ashlee Erlinger (Jason), Chelsea Lewis (Derek), Andria Oest (Brent), Molly Twenhoefel, Andrew Twenhoefel, India Bowen, Anya Bowen and Quinn Bowen; and his stepchildren, Dennis Fleshren, Janice Fraser, Jim Fleshren, Cindy White, Susan Mahoney and Ann Fleshren. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
