He is survived by: his wife Lisa Wagner of Belleville, IL; his children, Amanda Mann (Eric) of O'Fallon, IL and Adam Hoffman (Katelyn) of Fairview Heights, IL; his siblings, David Wagner, Ronald Wagner (Diane) of Mascoutah, IL, Richard Wagner of Chester, IL, Mark Wagner of Smithton, IL, Jeanette Morgan (Bruce), Janice Loyet (Gary) of Lebanon, IL and Patricia Lang of Belleville, IL; his grandchildren, Allie Hoffman, Chase Hoffman of Fairview Heights, IL, Hadley Mann, Lilah Mann and Mabry Mann of O'Fallon, IL.; Dean Kraft of Belleville, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
