Bennett (Belleville, Illinois), born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on March 5, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, J. D. Putman and Hazel Putman. She is survived by : her son Richard Tuley (Kristen Jacob) of Shertz; her brother Thomas Franklin of Belleville; and her close friends, James and Larry. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
