We are sad to announce that, on November 18, 2023, at the age of 100, Helen Joy Humphreys of Belleville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dorris Humphreys; her son David Lynn Humphreys; her siblings, JB Hicks, Thomas Freeman Hicks, Billy Coy Hicks and Imogene Thorpe; and her parents, Henry Coy and Alma Lucy Byasse Hicks.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Humphreys (Judy) of Madisonville, KY and Debby Holtzmann of Belleville, IL; her sister Nellie Jo Cook (George Robert) of Sedalia, KY; and her grandsons, Stephen Humphreys, Adam Humphreys, Bill Holtzman and David Holtzman. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
