She was predeceased by: her husband Tony O'Truk; her parents, Mary Lesyganich and Peter Lesyganich; and her siblings, Ann Wagner and George Lesyganich.
She is survived by: her children, Michael O'Truk (Mary) of Houston, TX, Carolyn Keel (Mark) of Shiloh, IL and Mark O'Truk (Jill) of Belleville, IL; her grandchildren, Tony Keel, Justin Keel, Katherine O'Truk, Ben O'Truk and Matt O'Truk; and her niece Connie Wagner.
Memorials may be made to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church or to American Heart Association.
