He is survived by: his wife Michelle Hudzik; his brother Robert R. Hudzik (Alma) of Mt. Olive, IL; his brother-in-law Douglas Tedford (Julie) of Belleville, IL; his nephews, Samual Tedford, Robert Hudzik and Daniel Hudzik; and his niece Christen Hudzik.
