Howard Schmidt Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Schmidt of Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on August 22, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Howard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Howard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Jr. (Alice); his brother Arthur G. Schmidt III (Judith); and his nephew Arthur G. Schmidt IV. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Schmidt (Diane) and Susan Thomas (Hugh); and his sister-in-law Judy (Schmidt).
