We are sad to announce that, on January 24, 2023 we had to say goodbye to James C. Holzmeier of Belleville, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Holzmeier and Lorraine Holzmeier; his parents-in-law, Leo and Kate Fehner; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Alspaugh and William Cornelison.

He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Holzmeier; his son Oliver Holzmeier (Jacklyn Meyer); his sisters, Karen Murray (Lonnie) and Mary Cornelison; and his brothers-in-law, Leo Fehner (Mary), Jim Fehner (Janice) and Walter Aspaugh. He is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews, and a host of friends.
