He is survived by: his wife Joyce L.; his child Glenn Friederich (Mary); his grandchildren, Jacob Friederich (Leslie), Danny Friederich (Amanda), Carrie Matecki (Andrew) and John Friederich (Mia); his daughter Julia Stehl (Jeff); his grandchildren, Andrew Stehl (Kate), Tim Stehl (Nikki) and Lauren Donald (Bill); his son Wayne Friederich (Kathy); his grandchildren, Jarrod Friederich, Jenna Coumatos (Greg) and Jillian Durant; his daughter Mary Beth Haas (Mark); his grandchildren, Jessica Larsen (Jason), Maximilian Haas (Mariah) and Quentin Haas (Kaitlin); his daughter Nancy Lombardo (Victor Klein, Jr.); his grandsons, Nicholas Lombardo (Emilye), Christopher Lombardo (Alison) and Anthony Lombardo (Paige); his great grandchildren, Sophia, Tessa, Ryan, Audrey, Caleb, Lena, Annie, Vivienne, Avery, Karlie, Ellie, Liam, Beckett, Cooper, Isla, Arlo, Amelia, Sylvia, Case, Riley, Joan, Oliver and Leo; his brother Richard Friederich (Jane); and his sisters-in-law, Janet Friederich and Carol Birk-Woodrum. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Serra Club of St. Clair County and St. Peter's Cathedral Catholic Church.
