He was predeceased by : his father George Sr. (Mabel); his siblings, George Koderhandt Jr., Stephen Koderhandt, Janet and Carol Koderhandt; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Lillis and Christine Lillis.

He is survived by : his wife Madeline; his son Jason Koderhandt; his grandchildren, Constance and Connor Koderhandt; his siblings, David Koderhandt (Donna), Christy Koderhandt, Karen Daesch (Kurt) and Patty Rompel; his sister-in-law Linda Koderhandt; and his in-laws, Diane DeAngalis (Bob), Patsy Lillis, Carol Kussart (Dennis), Angie Lillis, Paul Lillis and Jolene Lillis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
