He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. (Grace L.) and Taylor; and his siblings, Mildred M. Fortner (Jack), Shirley A. Holten, John T. Taylor Jr., Glenn L. Taylor, Willaim J. Taylor and Charles E. Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Lee Taylor of Belleville, IL; his siblings, Don Taylor (Debi) of Port Richey, FL, Ronald D. Taylor of Lakewood, CO and Beulah M. Turner of Herrin, IL; and his brother-in-law James J. Holten of Smithton, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
