He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Wade and Irma; and his siblings, Dona Harper (Paul), Mary Wade, Robert "Bob" Wade and John Hughes.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel L.; his daughters, Shellie Brown (Tim) and Diana Daily (Dave); his granddaughter Emily Corbin (Cameron); and his sisters-in-law, Judy Wade and Mary Ruth Harris (Walter).
