He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his sister Carole Walsh; his siblings-in-law, Patty Williams (Mike), Jane Keller, Maryann Weakley (Bob) and Dan Hanley (Huma); and his nephew Adam Berg (Raquel Smith). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to St. Louis Children's Hospital.
