He was predeceased by : his nephew Timothy Fulkerson. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn R.; his children, Alison M. Jester (Ron) of Freeburg, IL and Steven J. Maddox (Stephanie) of Belleville, IL; his grandchildren, Jacob, Ryan, Taylor, Megan Jester, Leah, Colin and Kendall Maddox; and his sisters, Geneva Fulkerson (Lonnie) of Willisville, IL and Sherry Taylor (Feb) of Owensboro, KY.
