It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Cosbey (Belleville, Illinois), who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Blaine Cosbey; her parents, Charles H. Graf and Margaret E. Sauer; her stepfather Arthur Sauer; and her father-in-law Frank (Helen).
She is survived by: her close friends, Maurice and Gloria Vale of Freeburg, IL; her godchildren, Thomas H. Vale, Whelan Klemme, III, Michelle Majors Hale, William Majors and Letitia Klemme Polasek; and her pet Hans. She is also survived by her cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
