He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Evans, and Berniece L. Evans, Sr. (Czarnecki); his siblings, Jolla John Evans and Josephine Janice Monroe; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Monroe and Earl Erlinger.
He is survived by: his sisters, Juanita Joyce Robinson (Marcus) of Geneva, FL and Joy Jolene Erlinger of Collinsville, IL; and his children, Tony Evans, Becky Compton (Shawn) and Monica Shepard.
