He was predeceased by: his grandmother Bonnie Jean Hunt; and his great-grandparents, Dr. Wilson H. and Mildred West. He is survived by: his father John W. West Jr. (Debra); his sister Melissa West (Lindsey Giffey); and his grandfather John W. West Sr. (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
