We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2023, at the age of 46, Joseph Ballard of Belleville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward, Virginia Ballard and Juanita Gale; and his aunt Kimberly. He is survived by: his parent Dale (Elizabeth); his siblings, Laura May, Mary Snokhous (Clayton) and Christopher Ballard; and his nieces and nephews, Ian May, Scarlett, Savanah, Poppy and Piper. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
