She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harned and Vivian. She is survived by: her husband Russell Jean Hartmann of Belleville, IL; her daughter Vicki Hartmann; her brother Steven Fox (Lisa) of Columbia, IL; her stepsister Sue Neuharth of Belleville, IL; her half-sister Linda Moffatt (John) of Okawville, IL; and her nephew Nathaniel Fox.
