He was predeceased by: his former wife Beverly Williams; his parents, Eddie Lee Williams Sr. and Dorothy Mae Woods-Williams; his siblings, Bernice M. Williams-Salmond of Cahokia, Beverly Kay Williams of East St, Kim Lanore Williams of Gary, Indiana, Thomas L. Williams of Lompoc and Eddie Lee Williams Jr. of Cahokia, Illinois; his sister-in-law Cynthia Williams; and his grandparents, George, Nellie Williams of East St, Bennie and Virginia Marie Woods of La Center, Kentucky..
He is survived by: his son Terrance Williams; his grandson Kearan Williams of Paducah, Kentucky; and his sisters, Mary C. Medley (Charles) of Springfield, Jewel V. Williams of St. Louis, Dana R. Jackson (Craig) of Belleville and Doris R. Irving (Alfred) of Columbus, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews, aunts, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Apostolic Church (6920 Old Collinsville Rd, O'Fallon, IL 62269). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Lake View Memorial Gardens (5000 N Illinois St, Fairview Heights, IL 62208).
